The Business Need

GetGrowth needed to scale PPC operations without scaling headcount.

GetGrowth Digital is a US-based Amazon Advertising Agency managing more than 50 seller accounts across multiple categories and marketplaces. As the agency grew, account managers spent hours each day monitoring spend, ACOS, ROAS, budgets, and keyword performance across dozens of accounts—while juggling fragmented third-party tools with inconsistent reporting.

The goal was a centralized Amazon Ads Automation Platform: one dashboard for all client accounts, automated optimization and budget controls, client-ready reporting, and proactive alerts when campaigns needed immediate attention.

Challenges we faced

Five operational bottlenecks were blocking agency growth.

Manual daily campaign reviews consumed several hours per manager and capped how many accounts each person could handle. Data lived across multiple PPC tools with no single operational view. Budget exhaustion, inactive campaigns, and weekend monitoring gaps created overspend risk and lost sales opportunities.

Performance issues—ACOS spikes, keyword drops, delivery failures—were often found only after significant spend. As new clients onboarded, workload grew faster than revenue, making a scalable platform essential rather than optional.

How we solved the problem

One platform connecting every account, rule, budget, report, and alert.

Amazon Guy delivered a unified multi-account dashboard with portfolio-level visibility, client-level analysis, campaign monitoring, budget tracking, and automation management— replacing the need to switch between disconnected consoles.

A rules-based automation engine lets account managers configure bid changes, keyword promotion, negative keyword additions, and campaign pause/enable logic without writing code. A budget automation module monitors spend continuously, detects exhaustion, applies adjustments, and supports scheduled and peak-season budget changes.

Automated reporting pulls from Amazon Ads Campaign, Reports, Keyword, and Budget APIs— generating campaign, keyword, search term, ACOS, ROAS, and executive summaries on schedule. A Slack notification engine alerts teams when budgets exhaust, ACOS exceeds thresholds, campaigns stop serving, spend anomalies appear, or automation rules trigger significant changes.

The architecture combines a multi-account dashboard, rules engine, budget service, reporting engine, Slack notification service, and analytics data warehouse—integrated with Amazon Ads API, Slack, and email for a complete end-to-end agency operations stack.

Results

Higher capacity, faster response, and stronger client transparency.

Manual campaign monitoring dropped by more than 80%. The agency centralized 50+ accounts in one dashboard, increased management capacity without adding headcount, and gained faster response to campaign issues with improved client reporting and optimization consistency.

The challenge was not simply managing Amazon Ads campaigns—it was building a scalable operational platform for dozens of client accounts. By combining Amazon Ads API integrations, rules-based automation, automated reporting, budget scheduling, and real-time Slack notifications, Amazon Guy transformed how GetGrowth Digital scales its advertising operations.
